Office fit-out, Newton, MA

Design Challenge:

Turn a small commercial buildings' lower level workshop space into a viable office space.

Solution:

A new lower level access stair, located at the front entry, brings visitors and much light into the lower level. An open plan, clean and clutter free, and a task lighting approach that accentuates the petina of old brick, wood joists, and board formed concrete walls, gives the space a very relaxed and comfortable feel.
